She became one of the finalists in Miss IPL Bollywood Contest 2009.Lalit Modi IPL Commissioner told Shashi Tharoor's Office to deny Visa to this model.E-Mails between Modi and the Minister's office in January show that the models visa isdue to expire on Feb'2010.Modi wanted her Visa's renewal be turned down. Before she left to South Africa, she told that she came to India in October last year on a six month visa.
