Learn to make "Bengal Payasam" it is tasty and delicious with cashew nuts and dry grapes.
Ingredients
- Bengal gram flour - 2 teaspoon.
- Ghee - 2 spoon.
- Milk - 2 cups.
- Jaggery - 1 cup.
Preparation method
1. Fry the 2 tablespoon flour of Bengal with
2 teaspoon of ghee in the slow flame and fry till the good flame will come.
3. When it warmed add water and mix it well.
4. Add 2 cups of milk and boil it and mix it well.
5. When Bengal gram flame is boiled add jaggery syrup, cardamom, cashew nuts, and dry grapes.
